Dru Yoga and walking weekend retreat
Friday 22nd April 2016 (evening), to Sunday 24th.
Treat yourself to a truly revitalizing weekend, connect with nature in our stunning grounds, or the nearby beautiful Pembrokeshire coastline. Start the day with gentle yoga sessions designed to de-stress and rebalance your body and mind, followed by glorious relaxation sessions.
Walk in nature on guided walks, soaking up the wonderful scenery. Experience some short simple Dru yoga sequences in the outdoors which will help you re-charge and connect with nature. Stay in the beautiful cosy cottage from the 1700’s with log burners, or the comfy log cabin in the woods. Enjoy lovely vegetarian food cooked by our talented cooks. Optional therapies will be available for that extra pampering.
